Q:  You claim that there are no bulbs to change – how can this be?
A:   L.E.D. Lights are actually highly sophisticated electronic devices that use a semi-conductor diode to produce light.  Traditional lighting relies on heating up a filament until it begins to glow.  Repeated cycles of heating this filament eventually cause it to fail.  L.E.D. ’s have no filament to burn out, so they can last over 100,000 hours – that’s more than 22 years running all night long!  L.E.D.’s don’t burn out, they slowly fade  after many, many years.

Q:  Do the lights you install look blue like other L.E.D.  lights I have seen?
A:  Inexpensive L.E.D.  lights often have a bluish look to them.  Our L.E.D. ’s are superior quality that produce true white light (5500 degrees Kelvin).  When compared to traditional lighting which produces “yellow/orange” light, our L.E.D.  lights actually provide much truer color representation and are closer to sunlight than any other common light source.  They look really cool and hi-tech too!

Q:  Do you have other light colors besides white?
A:  We also offer our LED Fixtures in our Tungsten color (3300 degrees Kelvin), which is a warmer color more like traditional incandescent bulbs.  Additionally, we offer specialty L.E.D. ’s in Blue, Violet, Red, and Amber.  We will show you many options during our evening design session and you get to choose exactly the look you prefer before you purchase your system.

Q:  Can you explain your system’s automatic operation?
A:  Our system comes standard with a “smart timer” which knows the exact time for sunset and sunrise throughout the year, and adjusts automatically for daylight savings time.  Typically we program our system to run from sunset to sunrise, but we can program it to run any schedule you prefer.  Our timer even has an integrated battery backup to retain its programming in case of a power failure.

Q:  Do your lights work during power failures?
A:  Our L.E.D. Lights are so efficient that we can easily configure your system with a battery backup that can provide anywhere from a few hours up to a few nights of backup lighting depending on your needs.

Q:  I’m looking for security lighting – do you offer a motion detector option?
A:  Our L.E.D. Lights are so efficient and last so long that we generally run them all night long – rather than on a motion sensor – like most law enforcement agencies recommend for security lighting.  We provide that lived in look whether you are home or away while avoiding lights left on all day – a certain giveaway that nobody is home!

Q:  I have heard that good quality L.E.D. Lights are very expensive – is this true?
A:  Our premium quality L.E.D.  fixtures are priced competitively with other professionally installed lighting, but cost MUCH less to operate, so they are actually more cost effective than other lighting over the long run.

Q:  I have landscape lights now that don’t work – won’t I have the same problem with yours?
A:  Most landscape lights don’t last long in our damp climate – connections corrode, fixtures fail, and of course bulbs burn out.  Our L.E.D. Fixtures are exterior grade, completely sealed against rain, snow, hail, etc. and our underground connections are TRIPLE sealed to avoid corrosion problems down the road.  Our system is designed to be maintenance free for many, many years so no annual maintenance is required.

Q:  Do you offer a warrantee?
A:  Actually, we offer 2 warrantees – we guarantee in writing that you will be 100% satisfied with your new lighting system and we guarantee the system in writing for 3 years!  What other lighting product offers any guarantee, let alone 3 years?
