Custom Made Fixtures and LED Ribbon

Custom made products are not returnable unless there is a manufacturer defect or error. We carefully craft each custom item according to your specifications, and therefore cannot resell them once made.

If you believe your custom product has a manufacturer defect or error, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. We will be happy to work with you to repair or replace the item, depending on the nature of the issue.

Packaged Products (Drivers, Full Roll LED Ribbon, Housings)

Packaged products, such as drivers, housings, and full roll LED Ribbon, can be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund, provided they are unopened and in their original packaging. and driver knockouts are intact. A modest restock charge may be required depending on the product and circumstances.

Return Process

  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a manufacturer defect or error on our part.
